Performance Features: 1. Improves the whiteness of the textiles, makes the shade much brighter.
2. Good hard water tolerance above 1000ppm, good stability for strong acid as pH 2 -10, is suitable for process of co-bath finish with resin.
3. Textiles dealt with TST have an excellent light fastness, little yellow stain after high temperature setting, good stability in storage.
4. Has an excellent water-solubility, can mix with water in any proportion.
Scope of Application: Mainly be used in normal temperature pad dyeing process of cellulose fabric including cotton, linen and mixed fabric, can increase higher whiteness, and obtain extra white performance.
Application Methods: 1. Pad dyeing process:
TST: Dosage: 1-30g/L
Procedure: Pad (one dip and one squeeze or two dips and two squeezes, residual liquor content 70%) - drying - framing and setting
2. Discontinuous exhausting
Dosage: 1-6%, Na2SO4: 10-20g/l
Procedure: Dip and squeeze -semi-dry 100-110º C-dry 150-160º C
Packing Storage: Be packed by 50kg/plastic drum or as requested. Be stored under dry and shady condition, away from sunshine. Can be stored for 6 months in 20º C, it is sensitive to temperature lower than 0º C or higher than 50º C, pay attention in storage.
